The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on paid social experience, either within an agency or in-house environment, with strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. They should be confident in building and optimising campaigns, analysing performance data, and making data-led decisions to improve results. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders. Experience with ad copywriting, creative briefing, and testing different audience and content strategies would be highly advantageous. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be proactive, analytical, and eager to grow within a collaborative and ambitious team.
You will take ownership of paid social campaigns across a diverse portfolio of client accounts, with the support of an experienced and performance-driven Paid Social team. Working closely with our Senior Paid Social Campaign Lead, you will have a direct impact on campaign strategy, optimisation, and the results we deliver for our clients.
