We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Paid Social Campaign Lead to join our growing Paid Social team. You’ll work closely with our Senior Paid Social Campaign Lead, taking ownership of smaller client accounts while supporting on larger, more complex campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on paid social experience who’s ready to step up, take responsibility, and continue developing their strategic and analytical skills

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Paid Social Campaign Lead to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Paid Social Campaign Lead, taking ownership of smaller client accounts while supporting on larger, more complex campaigns across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms, ensuring strong performance against key KPIs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on paid social experience who is ready to take the next step in their career, develop their strategic thinking, and grow within a supportive, results-driven agency environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on paid social experience, either within an agency or in-house environment, with strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. They should be confident in building and optimising campaigns, analysing performance data, and making data-led decisions to improve results. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders. Experience with ad copywriting, creative briefing, and testing different audience and content strategies would be highly advantageous. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be proactive, analytical, and eager to grow within a collaborative and ambitious team.

You will take ownership of paid social campaigns across a diverse portfolio of client accounts, with the support of an experienced and performance-driven Paid Social team. Working closely with our Senior Paid Social Campaign Lead, you will have a direct impact on campaign strategy, optimisation, and the results we deliver for our clients.

You will work with brands across a variety of industries, giving you the opportunity to develop both your strategic thinking and hands-on platform expertise across different objectives, audiences, and budgets.
