Climb & Conquer are a results-driven agency helping brands achieve real, measurable growth. We work with ambitious e-commerce brands of all sizes, and we’re looking for an Email Designer to join our Klaviyo/CRM team, designing engaging marketing emails in Figma to be built in Klaviyo. You’ll work closely with our CRM strategists to create campaigns that look great and convert.
You’ll need proven digital design experience, confidence in Figma and a strong portfolio (student work, freelance and personal projects are all welcome). You should have a sharp eye for detail and great communication skills. You should be just as comfortable talking a client through your design as you are building it.
The salary is £24-27K depending on experience, and the role is hybrid, with 2 days a week in our Thornaby riverside office. You’ll work Monday to Friday with flexitime, be mentored by experienced CRM and performance specialists, and have real room to progress as the agency grows.
