They understand Klaviyo fundamentals. Flows, segmentation, campaigns, testing and how these pieces come together across the customer lifecycle. They can build, launch and optimise campaigns with consistency and accuracy.
They have an analytical mindset, using data to spot trends, identify opportunities and make informed decisions. They are proactive, self-starting and confident taking ownership of their work from day one.
You’ll take ownership of a defined set of Klaviyo accounts, with the support of an experienced retention team around you. There’s clear structure, but also the autonomy to manage your work and make decisions with confidence.
