We are hiring a Klaviyo Campaign Lead to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and deliver high-performing retention marketing across email and SMS. You will work closely with the Klaviyo Team Lead and founder, leading campaign execution, shaping lifecycle strategy and driving measurable growth for eCommerce brands. We work with ambitious eCommerce brands and keep our client base focused so we can go deep into retention performance and deliver meaningful results. This role suits someone who understands how to build and optimise strong lifecycle programmes and wants to play a key role in pushing our Klaviyo offering forward.

About the role

You will plan, build and execute Klaviyo campaigns and flows across email and SMS, ensuring all activity is aligned to client goals and wider retention strategy.

You will manage day-to-day delivery across your accounts, including segmentation, campaign scheduling, testing and performance analysis, while maintaining high standards across execution and detail.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams, contributing to strategy, sharing insights and helping identify opportunities to improve lifecycle performance.

You will use data to guide decisions, continuously optimising campaigns and flows to drive stronger engagement, retention and revenue.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running Klaviyo campaigns and understands how email and SMS contribute to retention and revenue growth for eCommerce brands.

They are organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once. They can communicate clearly with clients, explain performance with confidence and keep delivery on track.

They understand Klaviyo fundamentals. Flows, segmentation, campaigns, testing and how these pieces come together across the customer lifecycle. They can build, launch and optimise campaigns with consistency and accuracy.

They have an analytical mindset, using data to spot trends, identify opportunities and make informed decisions. They are proactive, self-starting and confident taking ownership of their work from day one.

You’ll take ownership of a defined set of Klaviyo accounts, with the support of an experienced retention team around you. There’s clear structure, but also the autonomy to manage your work and make decisions with confidence.

The brands you’ll work with are ambitious and performance-focused, giving you the chance to contribute ideas, test new approaches and see the direct impact of your work on retention and revenue.

Your development won’t be left to chance. Ongoing feedback, practical training and regular check-ins are part of how we work, helping you build your skills without unnecessary pressure. You’ll be set up with a new Mac or Windows laptop and full access to the tools required to do the job properly.
