We are hiring a Senior Ads Campaign Lead to take ownership of high value PPC accounts across Google Ads and help raise performance standards across the team. You will work closely with the Head of PPC and founder, leading strategy, running complex accounts and driving profitable growth for clients. Climb & Conquer works with ambitious eCommerce brands. We keep our client base focused so we can go deep into performance and deliver results. This role suits someone who knows how to build and scale strong accounts and wants to play a key role in pushing our PPC offering forward.

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Ads Campaign Lead to take ownership of high value PPC accounts across Google Ads while helping raise performance standards across the team.

You will sit within the PPC team, working closely with the Head of PPC. You will lead strategy, run complex campaigns, support the wider team and be accountable for delivering profitable growth for clients.

This role suits someone who understands how to build and scale strong account structures and wants to play a key role in strengthening our PPC offering.

The ideal candidate has proven experience running performance-led PPC campaigns at a high level and understands what it takes to grow eCommerce brands through paid media.

They are calm under pressure, structured in how they work and driven by clear outcomes. They can lead client conversations, communicate strategy with clarity and break down performance in a way that is simple and honest.

They understand Google Ads in depth. Account structure, search intent, shopping strategy, bidding, quality score, ad copy direction and the commercial thinking behind it. They spot issues early, focus on what matters and support less experienced team members with confidence.

They want to lead from the front. They value working on fewer accounts with more depth. They want to influence standards, improve performance and help build a team that delivers with consistency and trust.

You will lead high value accounts with the backing of a performance-driven PPC team. You will work closely with the Head of PPC and have a direct influence on how we improve structures, processes and overall performance.

You will work with brands that give you room to think commercially as well as technically.
