We’re proud to announce the launch of our brand new headquarters; a 2,400 square foot space overlooking the River Tees in Thornaby, Stockton on Tees.
From September, this new base will become the physical heart of Climb & Conquer. It will begin with a small core team and grow into a bustling 10 to 20-person hub over time. While we’ve always operated successfully as a fully remote agency, a model we’re continuing, the time has come to complement that with a central HQ that supports our next stage of growth.
The new office is based within the Elite Energy building, positioned just steps away from Durham University’s Queen’s Campus. From here, we’ll continue delivering expert-level SEO, Paid Ads, Klaviyo and UX strategy services, backed by our wider remote team who remain an essential part of our delivery engine.
Climb & Conquer founder Shane Parkins shared:
“We’ve doubled our turnover every year we’ve been in business. That’s a trend we intend to maintain for at least the next two years.”
“We grow by staying ahead of the curve and investing in the areas we believe hold long-term value. This move marks a new chapter, a sign of how far we’ve come from our early freelance beginnings. I’m constantly impressed by the commitment and expertise of our team. I’m deeply grateful to every team member and everyone who has supported us on the way here.”
The office opening will also create new local employment, with 10 to 15 hybrid roles expected over the next two to three years. These roles will combine the flexibility of remote working with the benefits of in-person collaboration.
This expansion follows a strong run of new client wins and exceptional retention of existing accounts. Our team continues to drive outstanding results. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing development updates as we bring the space to life.
Stay tuned, the best is yet to come.
