Climb & Conquer Launches New Headquarters in Teesside to Power Next Stage of Growth

Fast-growing digital performance agency Climb & Conquer has announced the launch of its brand new headquarters: a 2,400 sq. ft space overlooking the River Tees in Thornaby, Stockton on Tees.

Opening in September, the new base will become the physical heart of Climb & Conquer. Starting with a small core team, the space is set to grow into a bustling 10 to 20-person hub over time. While the agency will remain proudly remote-first, this new HQ will complement that model, providing a central location to support the next stage of growth and collaboration, offering opportunities for digital professionals in the North East to be part of a fast-growing, independent agency in the region.

The office, located within the Elite Energy building and just steps from Durham University’s Queen’s Campus, will house the team’s delivery of SEO, Paid Ads, Klaviyo and UX strategy services. It will also create new opportunities for local employment, with 10 to 15 additional hybrid roles expected over the next two to three years.

Climb & Conquer founder Shane Parkins said:

“We’ve doubled our turnover every year we’ve been in business, and that’s a trend we intend to maintain for at least the next two years.

The agency grows by staying ahead of the curve and investing in the areas we believe hold long-term value, and there’s no greater investment than our People and Operations. This move marks a new chapter and is a sign of how far we’ve come from our early freelance beginnings. I’m constantly impressed by the commitment and expertise of our team, and I’m looking forward to working with them in our new office space come September. I’m deeply grateful to every team member and everyone who has supported us on the way here.”

Cameron Keegan-Wood, Head of Growth at Climb & Conquer, who has been instrumental in refining the agency’s sales process and driving unprecedented new business wins over the past year, added:

“This new HQ represents a real step change for Climb & Conquer. It gives us a central hub to bring people together, collaborate in person, and keep building on the momentum we’ve created. Over the past 12 months, we’ve transformed how we approach growth, and this move sets the stage for the next phase of our journey.”

This milestone comes off the back of a series of high-profile wins for Climb & Conquer, including securing the global SEO and paid marketing contract for Mallet London, leading SEO internationally for Runrug, and being appointed by Select Model Management on a worldwide delivery agreement. With the new HQ now secured, the agency will be sharing updates as the space takes shape in the coming weeks, including recruitment opportunities.

Climb & Conquer, founded in Durham by Shane Parkins, initially as a freelance consultancy back in 2021, was named New Agency to Watch at the 2025 Northern Digital Awards and featured on Prolific North’s Independent Agencies to Watch list in 2024. Clients include Kingston Technology, JT Atkinson, Orplex, National Lighting and more.
