Climb & Conquer Named ‘New Agency to Watch’ at the Northern Digital Awards 2025

What a night! We won! We’re beyond thrilled to share that Climb & Conquer has officially been named ‘New Agency to Watch’ at the Northern Digital Awards 2025.

Winning this award is a huge moment for us. When we launched Climb & Conquer, our goal was to shake up the digital marketing space with fresh ideas, a dogged obsession with results, and a different approach to hiring and developing talent, and this recognition is proof that we’re on the right track.

We were also finalists in three other competitive categories:

  • Best Digital Marketing Campaign (Retail) for our work with MALLET London
  • Best Small Digital Agency of the Year
  • Best Integrated Campaign (again for MALLET London)

We’re especially proud of our work with MALLET London, where our mix of SEO, paid marketing, and email strategies delivered outstanding results and still continue to do so daily. Being recognised in these competitive categories alongside so many incredible agencies and brands, many of them much longer established, feels like a great indicator to us that we’re making the right moves.

2024 was a big year for us—we rebranded, transitioned from a freelancer-led consultancy to a fully-formed agency, and were named one of Prolific North’s Independent Agencies to Watch. Now, kicking off 2025 with this award feels like the perfect next step in our journey.

A huge thank you to the Northern Digital Awards judges for seeing something special in what we’re building and to our amazing clients, partners, and team—we couldn’t have done this without you.

Congratulations to all the other finalists and winners, and big thanks to the team at Don’t Panic Events for putting on a stellar awards evening.

We’d also like to thank the judges in our category for their feedback, which included:

“Great overview of business and very clear objectives across growth, revenue and team. Love the initiatives around sustainability, CSR and supporting women. Tree planting – brilliant idea! Fantastic training plans for staff. Detail around results. Aware of remote working challenges and implemented fantastic initiatives in response. Sounds like a great place to work!”

“A strong entry with clearly laid out objectives and work examples that show the breadth and impact of your expertise. It sounds like a very successful agency with a fantastic team culture, and I look forward to hearing more about the agency’s plans and vision for the future.”

2025 has already kicked off with a huge bang, thanks to this Northern Digital Awards win and our most commercially successful month EVER, so we’re hoping this is a year of amazing things for our team and clients. We have new clients to announce, promotions to share, jobs to be filled and a whole load of ambition to see to fruition.

Onwards and upwards!
