OUR STORY:
2022
- Business growth led to the first hire, with Victor joining as an SEO Executive. He has since progressed to become Head of SEO.
2023
- Moved into the first physical office space, establishing our first HQ while continuing to operate as a remote-first agency.
- Joined the Entrepreneur’s Forum and the North East Chamber of Commerce.
- Transitioned from freelance consultancy to a fully fledged agency model, adding talented people to the team, including Steph and Chloe to name a couple.
2024
- Rebranded to Climb & Conquer, cementing our status as an ambitious, growth-driven agency.
- Team expanded to 15, managing more than 40 clients.
- Named one of Prolific North’s Independent Agencies to Watch in their annual list.
- Secured the global SEO and Paid Marketing contract for Mallet London.
- Became headline sponsor of TEDxTeessideWomen, a female-centric TEDx conference held in Teesside.
2025
- Won Best New Agency at the Northern Digital Awards.
- Secured Select Model Management as a global delivery client.
- Chris joined as Head of PPC and Josh Baker on Klaviyo delivery.
- Sponsored Thinking Digital Newcastle as a key partner.
- Partnered with 4Louis as our charity of the year.
- Achieved 100% annual growth for the third consecutive year and expanded to a 20-strong team.
- Secured a new office with double the square footage to support continued growth, with plans to add a further 15 team members within six months.
2026
- Climb & Conquer named fastest growing job creation company in Teesside, through VelociTees
- Paddy joins the agency to lead up our Klaviyo offering
- Heather & Rebecca join the team to head up our Meta and social paid offering
- Climb & Conquer shortlisted Small Business of the Year in Tees Business Awards
