Climb & Conquer was a freelancer business, starting in 2021. After ranking his freelance website in top positions, such as “SEO Freelancer”, our founder Shane was able to radically grow the business.

Growing Rapidly in 2022 Making our first hire
Victor was the first employee to join the business – when we were still operating as a freelance outfit.
Victor, who is now our Head of SEO, helped establish the chaos into order within the business whilst growing rapidly. On some days, over 20 businesses would make contact with us to help them with their SEO – not just tiny brands either.
