Our Expansion Continues! New Faces & New Goals

We’re thrilled to announce a series of key hires as we continue to scale our team and capabilities. Our growth is driven not only by our increasing client base but also by the incredible talent we’re bringing on board to support our evolving needs.

Among the latest additions are Chris Ellis, who joins us as Head of PPC, and Phillipa (Pip) Collins, our new Key Account Manager. Both bring more than a decade of experience to the team and are already making a significant impact on our clients’ results.

Chris Ellis, with 15 years of PPC expertise, is excited to take on his new role. He shares, “Before I spoke to Shane, I had other job offers on the table, but the passion from him and the other senior management was different. It was clear that they genuinely care about the business and its people, and they want to shake up the industry. There’s a buzz here that’s hard to find, especially in a remote-first setup. I’m excited to be part of it.”

Pip Collins, who brings 14 years of agency experience from companies such as Visualsoft and Communicator, is overseeing key accounts, including Own Furniture, Haddon, and Mallet London. She also manages white-label services for partner agencies. “I believe a healthy work-life balance is essential, and Climb & Conquer truly supports that,” says Phillipa. “The flexibility and trust here are real, but so is the ambition. I’m excited to work across such a strong client mix and help connect the dots between strategy, execution, and results.”

Alongside Chris and Phillipa, we’re also welcoming Anna Tsagkari, a PPC Executive with a Master’s in Marketing, bringing international experience across education and digital communications, and Josh Baker, our new Klaviyo Executive, who comes from a fashion and e-commerce background. Josh is taking the lead on growing our Klaviyo function, which we aim to make one of our most profitable channels. Additionally, Tania Davies and Millie Charlton joined in April, strengthening our PPC and SEO teams, bringing our headcount to 21.

This expansion comes at a time when our commercial growth is experiencing a significant surge. We’re currently experiencing a 122% year-over-year revenue increase, well ahead of our targets. As we continue to scale, we’re focused on filling even more roles to keep up with demand.

Shane Parkins, our Founder, reflects on this growth:

“We’ve always believed in giving people a foot in the door and building a team from the ground up with the right attitude, not just the right CV. However, as we’ve grown, some roles require deeper experience from the outset, and that’s where hires like Chris and Phillipa come in. They’ve already made a significant impact within the team and with our client base. They bring vast knowledge and a sophisticated understanding of client delivery, and alongside the new energy and fresh thinking coming through from the rest of the team, it’s setting us up for even bigger things.”

Looking ahead to the second half of 2025, we’re focused on investing further in service development, new technologies, and refining our People & Culture offering. With our first birthday approaching, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved in such a short space of time and excited for what’s next.

“We’ve had an incredible first year,” says Shane, “and as we expand, we’re committed to keeping the energy, flexibility, and ambition that have been at the heart of our success. I’m deeply excited for what’s to come for Climb & Conquer.”
