JT Atkinson is a £150m / year business, known as an industry leader and family ran business – we were delighted to be chosen by them to support on Klaviyo. Specifically, we were tasked with supporting the Klaviyo flows, logic and asset review – the account was dynamic, complicated and yielded poor results on flow automation.

Back to basics, the team audited the full account and provided a raft of recommendations to fix current flows and also segment data in a more easy-to-manage way. We worked with the team to explain the current constraints and issues along with taking control of the account to make changes. We provided full audit, consultation and execution services to JT Atkinson, working with their incredible in-house team.
