We reviewed the entire Klaviyo setup and identified clear opportunities to improve flow performance and simplify data structure. From there, we worked alongside the internal team to explain the challenges, take ownership of key changes and rebuild the lifecycle programme for stronger efficiency and impact.
In a short space of time, flow revenue more than doubled. We rebuilt core journeys, fixed logic issues and launched new automations that immediately lifted performance. The account began converting significantly more value from the same audience.
We now work with JT Atkinson on an ongoing basis to scale email as a core revenue driver.
