Climb & Conquer Meeting

We’re looking for a SEO Strategist, a senior-level SEO who will work alongside two other Senior SEOs in the team, taking ownership of strategy and delivery for a set portfolio of clients. You will be required to work 2 days per week in our Stockton office (car parking is provided for free).

This role is perfect for someone who loves getting under the skin of a client’s business, understands the full SEO picture (technical, content and authority) and can confidently drive results.

You’ll be client-facing, commercially aware and capable of delivering end-to-end SEO campaigns with the support of your colleagues and our wider team.

We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable in a strategy meeting as they are in SiteBulb or Google Search Console. You’ll be a senior member of the SEO team, so we need:

  • Proven experience in SEO, ideally agency-side with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge, audits, migrations, site architecture and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in content planning and optimisation for search.
  • Awareness of link acquisition best practices (we’re not about spammy tactics).
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and face-to-face.
  • Commercial awareness; you understand the business impact of your work.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
