We are looking for a Senior Ads Campaign Lead to take ownership of high value PPC accounts across Google Ads and support the development of our performance standards. This role sits within our PPC team and works closely with our Head of PPC. You will run complex campaigns, lead strategy, mentor the wider team and play a key part in ensuring our clients see consistent profitable growth.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Ads Campaign Lead to take ownership of high value PPC accounts across Google Ads and support the development of our performance standards. This role sits within our PPC team and works closely with our Head of PPC. You will run complex campaigns, lead strategy, mentor the wider team and play a key part in ensuring our clients see consistent profitable growth.

Climb and Conquer manages paid media for eCommerce brands with serious ambition. We work with a focused portfolio of clients so we can go deep into the data, the margins, the commercial context and the action plan. The Senior Ads Campaign Lead role is for someone who thrives in that environment, knows how to build strong account structures, and wants to play an important role in strengthening our PPC offering.

The ideal candidate has proven experience running performance focused PPC campaigns at a high level and understands what it takes to grow eCommerce brands through paid media. They are calm under pressure, structured in their work and driven by clear goals. They can lead conversations with clients, communicate strategy with clarity and explain numbers in a way that feels simple and honest.

They understand the mechanics of Google Ads at depth including account structure, search intent, shopping logic, bidding models, quality scoring, creative direction for ad copy and the commercial reasoning behind each decision. They can spot issues early, prioritise what matters and guide less experienced team members with confidence and patience.
