They understand the mechanics of Google Ads at depth including account structure, search intent, shopping logic, bidding models, quality scoring, creative direction for ad copy and the commercial reasoning behind each decision. They can spot issues early, prioritise what matters and guide less experienced team members with confidence and patience.
