Climb & Conquer Partners with Salesfire

We’ve officially joined Salesfire as a Managed Service Partner, allowing us to deliver their customer journey optimisation technology directly to our clients. The partnership will enable us to combine our performance marketing expertise with Salesfire’s powerful eCommerce tools to drive even better results for the retailers we work with.

Salesfire is a North East-based SaaS company specialising in customer journey optimisation tech designed to help retailers enhance shopping experiences and increase sales. Their platform uses data capture technology to identify more visitors, personalise customer journeys and drive profitability through optimised email and SMS automation, helping transform more visits into completed purchases.

Being a Managed Service Partner means we can integrate Salesfire fully into our strategies, supporting the entire journey from first click to checkout. While we continue focusing on SEO and Paid Search to drive high-quality traffic, Salesfire helps ensure traffic converts.

Climb & Conquer’s Head of Growth, Cameron Keegan-Wood, spoke of the partnership, saying:

“We are delighted to become a Managed Service Partner for Salesfire. We’ve put time into understanding the fantastic things their tech can do for our clients and completed various tests of the concept. Seeing the results they’ve helped us achieve so far, becoming a partner was a no-brainer.

“Managing Salesfire for our eCommerce clients means we can ensure their on-site and retargeting strategies align with PPC and SEO activity, and we can also boost our paid ad performance using data from Salesfire’s Google Ads integration. I look forward to working with the brilliant Salesfire team and delivering more results throughout our collaboration.”

This partnership follows a strong start to the year for both businesses regarding industry accolades. Salesfire was recently awarded Best Martech at the 2025 Northern Digital Awards, while Climb & Conquer took home Best New Agency.

We’ve already seen the value of the partnership through our work with Runrug, who used Salesfire’s tools to support stronger onsite engagement and improve conversion rates. Managing the platform directly means we can tailor strategies more closely to each client’s needs and make faster, more data-led decisions.

Rich Himsworth, CEO and founder of Salesfire, added:

“For agencies acting as Managed Service Partners of Salesfire, our goals must align, which is precisely the case with Climb & Conquer.

“Both companies believe that delivering tangible results for the client is the most critical objective. We look forward to working alongside their team and seeing the fantastic results we know they can achieve with our tech.”

“We’ve always been big on partnering with like-minded challengers and people who build things that are smart, useful, and genuinely performance-led,” said Shane Parkins, founder of Climb & Conquer. “Salesfire fits that criteria perfectly, and this partnership gives us another way to build joined-up strategies that move the needle for our clients.”
