We’re looking for a Klaviyo Executive to join our fast-growing team, working with major ecommerce clients. You’ll design, test and optimise flows and campaigns that deliver measurable growth, supported by a wider team of experts across SEO, Ads and UX.

Our Klaviyo team is growing quickly, working with clients ranging from established household names to high-growth ecommerce brands. You’ll work directly on accounts including JT Atkinson, Mallet London and companies turning over £50m+. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop as a Klaviyo specialist while contributing to the success of an ambitious and supportive agency.

Pip and Climb & Conquer Meeting

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage flows, campaigns and automations in Klaviyo
  • Work closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver email strategies that drive revenue
  • Run A/B split tests and optimise for performance
  • Segment databases effectively for targeting and personalisation
  • Collaborate with design, UX, SEO and Ads teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance
  • Stay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices and new features in Klaviyo

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using Klaviyo in an agency or in-house environment
  • Strong understanding of email marketing flows and campaign management
  • Knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce platforms
  • Ability to run and interpret A/B split tests
  • Awareness of SEO, Ads and UX principles (with full support from in-house experts)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
